Matthew's counseling approach is strength based, client centered, and trauma-informed. He draws from motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to provide personalized and effective care. His work is rooted in respect, empowerment, and collaboration, ensuring that every client is met with compassion and treated as the expert of their own life. Dedicated to promoting resilience and long term wellness, Matthew strives to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can heal, grow, and achieve meaningful change.

Matthew is a Behavioral Health Provider with seven years of experience supporting adults in managing their mental health and improving overall well being. He specializes in working with individuals experiencing trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, depression, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorders. Matthew has extensive experience serving Veterans and supporting individuals navigating homelessness, helping them achieve stability and permanent housing.

I attended Portland State University where I received a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology. I attending University of Southern California and recieved a Master in Social Work. I am currently attending Arizona State University and working towards completing their clinical integrated behavioral health program.
