Rates & Insurance


The services we offer may be covered in-part or in-full by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully and consider asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health or behavioral health benefits?

  • Is Anchor Within Counseling an "in-network"or "out-of-network" provider?

  • How many sessions per year are covered?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval from my doctor required?

We are currently taking these insurances:

Optum (Providence), United Behavioral Health, Reliant Behavioral Health, PacificSource, Cigna, Regence/Blue Cross Blue Shield, TriCare West, Aetna, and CareOregon/Health Share. A co-pay may be collected at each session and the amount is dependent on your insurance plan. 

If you would like to pay with an insurance provider not listed above, we am happy to bill them on your behalf. For these instances, please note that we will collect the full fee and bill your insurance at the first session. After the first insurance payment is received, we will adjust your portion for each session based on what is paid by insurance and refund/credit the difference for future sessions.



We accept payment via cash, card and check. Options to pay include HSA/FSA cards. Payments are securely processed.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show for your therapy session, and do not let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, you will be charged a $35 no/show/late-cancel fee.

Rates - Self-Pay

$105 per individual session with $135 for intake/initial session

$145 per couple/family session
